About Us
CHARLENE CAMPOS relocated to South Padre Island in 2005 to be closer to her parents who had retired to the Island in 1996. She began her career in Real Estate as a Broker’s assistant, learning the in’s and out’s of contracts, negotiations, etc. As much as she enjoyed being behind the scene of those transactions, she decided that playing a more active role was more to her liking and became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2006. Having grown up on the beaches of Southern California, falling in love with South Padre Island, the surrounding areas and the warm inviting culture, was an easy and natural transition for Charlene.

As I was listening to my parents make conversation with our waitress one morning at breakfast, it suddenly dawned on me that there are people who actually live in vacation towns; they never have to ‘go home.’ From that point, it became my dream to someday live at the beach; to be one of the fortunate few who do not have to pack up and return home at the end of the week. Just as my dream finally came to fruition, I hope to make my clients’ property ownership dreams come true.”So give Dina a call – because you’ll never know how many friends you have until you own a home at the beach!

WILL GREENWOOD was born in Houston, Texas in 1988. He grew up in Houston for eight years during which his family would take annual summer vacations down to South Padre. Because they loved spending their time on the Island so much, Will and his family made SPI their permanent residence in 1995, trading Houston’s freeways and fast paced city life for South Padres beaches and serenity. He grew up and was a resident on the Island until 1998 before his family moved to Palm Beach, Florida for work related reasons. Will has been venturing into the entrepreneurial realm since childhood. He still remembers his first business, selling lemonade in front of his house on Gulf Blvd to Valley locals and tourists. In 2006 he was accepted into Florida State University, where he attended college for the next four years. During his tenure at FSU, wanting a sound education in small business and financial planning, Will double majored in Entrepreneurship and Finance. He also gained a solid background and understanding of the Hospitality industry by attending a summer long Study Abroad program in Switzerland. While there he toured a variety of Hotel and Service operations across Europe, learning from their management what it takes to operate and run these organizations. Wanting to gain more experience in the Sales industry, Will spent the summer of 2010 on the Island working at Coastal Lifestyles, a property rental agency, and at the Palms Resort and Café on the beach. While working in Padre, he saw enormous potential in the local economy and especially the real estate market. “South Padre is a one of a kind destination to live, work, and invest. This is one of the last undeveloped coastlines in the nation, consisting of miles of gorgeous beachfront and has tremendous growth potential” Immediately after graduation Will decided he wanted to move back to the one place he always considered home, South Padre. He recently began working at Troy Giles Realty as a sales agent and working in their property management division with a concentration on the Interior management of properties.
